Mental Health Classes and Workshops
Man Anchor is a grassroots mental health and well-being movement that provides mental health education workshops and training for businesses, schools, and community groups around Australia. We aim to promote a better understanding of mental health issues and how to deal with them.
We strive to create opportunities for discussion, education, and action on mental health issues that affect people every day.
We run a number of different projects within the community such as our #letstalk workshops, an Ambassador program, and Mental Health First Aid courses. Our programs are designed to engage, educate and encourage people to kick start conversations about wellbeing and in particular mental health.
